Tuesday, 9 Februari 2010, Bandar Seri Begawan – Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB), Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) and the Brunei Bank Association held a dialogue session to discuss on the newly implemented Ministry of Finance’s Credit Card Regulation at the BIBD Building in Bandar Seri Begawan.

The dialogue was held to discuss on issues that might arise from the newly implemented credit card regulations and to give opportunities to members from the Brunei Bank Association to convey their concerns and also, to allow the support and cooperation with ACB and RBPF efforts’ in combating and preventing corruption and crime in Brunei Darussalam as a whole.

Awang Ang Swee Kiang, Acting Director of the Bureau, chaired the meeting. Attending the were senior officers from the Bureau, Head of Education Section, Acting Assistant Director Awang Haji Meraj bin Haji Ahmad, Deputy Head of Prevention Section, Acting Chief Special Investigator Ak Hj Md Sabarin bin Pg Hj Mohammad. RBPF were represented by 4 of their senior officers while officers from BIBD, Baiduri Bank Bhd, HSBC, UOB and Maybank represented the Brunei Bank Association.
