A talk on Corruption Prevention Education was organized by the Education and Development Unit of the Anti Corruption Bureau for teachers and students of the Chung Hwa Middle School. In attendance during the ceremony was the Deputy Acting Director the Bureau, Yang Mulia Tuan Haji Abdul Raub bin Haji Mohd Yassin as well as other senior officers from the Bureau.

The Head of Prevention and Education Section, Tuan Wee Ken Teck delivered a presentation which touched upon moral issues such as Honesty, Sincere, Trustworthy, Fair, Respect and Responsibility. A colouring competition was also held for Primary 4 students as well an essay writing competition for Primary 5 students. The students were also treated to a show designed by winners of last year’s Corruption Prevention Education National Animation story competition.

The Bureau would be organizing sessions such as these in the near future in particular with private schools to monitor the progress made in the implementation of the Corruption Prevention Education into their school system. The session ended with a prize presentation ceremony for winners of the competitions.
