for that person to do an act, or to abstain from doing an act which is related to his /
her official duty or that of his / her principal /employer.
- Any person who knowingly gives or uses any document of monetary value
of which to his / her knowledge contains any statement which is false
or erroneous / defective in any material particular, for
the purpose of misleading his / her principal / employer.
